Every bill stamped. Every plate counted.
Table orders, kitchen tickets, paid bills and stock for restaurants and cafés in Nepal, set up at your counter by our salesman.
One order, followed from the table to the store room.
Each step changes the same record, so the bill, the kitchen and the stock count never disagree.
-
The waiter takes the order
On a phone at the table. Prices come from your menu, not from memory.
-
The kitchen gets the ticket
The KOT appears on the kitchen screen within seconds, with how long it has waited.
-
The bill is paid and stamped
Cash or an outside payment is recorded with who took it and when. A paid bill is never edited; a mistake gets a visible reversal.
-
The stock moves by recipe
Ingredients are held when the order is placed and taken out of stock when it is paid. Every change is a line you can trace.
The screens above are illustrations with sample data, drawn to match the app.
Set up at your counter, by someone who comes back.
There is no online signup. A Bill Bahadur salesman visits, sets the system up with you and your staff, and stays your contact afterwards.
What the first visit covers
-
Your menu and prices
Categories, dishes and drinks, with recipes for the items you want stock-counted.
-
Tables and counter
Table names and seats, plus counter sales for takeaway.
-
Staff sign-ins
One login for each waiter, barista and manager. You decide who can take payments.
-
A practice order
Your staff send a test order to the kitchen and settle the bill before the first real guest.
The subscription is paid in cash, in person.
Your price is agreed with the salesman when you start. He collects it at your restaurant and records it on the spot, and you can see every payment and what is still due under Subscription in the app.
Runs on the phones your staff already carry.
It opens in the browser and can be added to the Home Screen like an app. No app store, no special machine at the counter.
- Owner
- Today's paid sales, open orders, payment methods, low stock and the cash closing for the day, from wherever you are. Staff accounts and their permissions stay in your hands.
- Waiters and baristas
- Search the menu, build the order, send it, settle the bill.
- Kitchen
- A tablet or phone showing open tickets, oldest first.
- Manager
- Menu, recipes, stock counts and reports, without the owner's account settings.
What it does not do
Read before you start- It needs the internet.
- Orders, payments and stock changes are saved on the server. Without a connection nothing is saved and nothing is queued to send later.
- It is not a certified tax invoice.
- Bills are your restaurant's own sales records. They are not IRD-certified fiscal invoices.
- It does not drive receipt printers.
- Bills have a print-friendly page for the browser. Thermal printer and cash drawer connections are not supported.
- It does not take online payments.
- Cash, cards or wallet payments are recorded after they happen elsewhere. No payment gateway is connected.
